The Women in Advertising & Communications Club is where I first met Annie and she epitomised the membership ethos - outgoing, interested in and supportive of others, tremendous fun, passionate, and never short of a well articulated opinion, pithy epithet or funny story. We got closer after her diagnosis, as I had been through a similar experience and she tackled it I suspect in exactly the same way she went about her job or indeed any challenge she faced - intelligently, bravely, forensically, practically and passionately. I am so very sad to hear of her passing - she was a lovely lady and I am honoured to have known her.
